  1. If they are young and their crust is thin, there is no need to peel the zucchini. But if the crust is thickened, we recommend removing it.

  2. Remove both ends, at the handle and the thickened end. Divide them in half. Cut the halves cut in this way into thin strips. Let the size be of your choice. It is best if they are medium in size. Not too thin, not too thick

  3. Place them in a deep bowl and season with salt. Let them stand for 10-15 min to drain the liquid from them
